I. GENERAL
Meowsclemilk's Terms of Service (TOS) is strictly made to ensure that the exchange between seller and customer is fair.
By purchasing from Meowsclemilk you are agreeing to all of their Terms of Service.
The artist, Meowsclemilk, has the right to refuse any Commission Order or Request.
Note: TOS AND ART PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

II. ARTWORK
All artwork is created by the artist, Meowsclemilk.
The artist reserves the right to post and stream the Commission on their social media (unless discussed otherwise).
The artist reserves the right to watermark their work.
All artwork will be posted in jpg/png (unless discussed otherwise).
DO NOT claim the Commission Artwork as your own. This means you must credit Meowsclemilk when you are asked about the piece (please contact me if you find any of my work stolen).
DO NOT use my art for AI or for block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Regarding Adoptables on DeviantArt.com: Let me be aware when you're changing the ownership of the design by posting a comment on the original adopt sheet.
All commissioned art is for Personal Use (unless discussed otherwise).
Client can not alter the piece of work, reproduce the work for merchandise, or use the work for commercial use.
If you wish to own the Commercial Rights there will be an additional fee.
Definition: Commercial Rights pertains to the "liberties to use said content for profit-generating activities". An example is if you planned to reproduce the art and resell, you would also need to purchase the Commercial Rights.
III. PAYMENT
Payment is due in full before the artist works on a commission (unless discussed otherwise).
Please wait for instructions on how the payments will be sent.
DO NOT send any money without being instructed to.Acceptable forms of payment are Vgen, Etsy, Fiverr, Paypal Invoice, Ko-fi, League of Legends Skins.
Payment Plans are only available to selected past clients and are completed on Paypal Invoice.
Clients are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
The artist reserves the right to Decline or Refund any Commission Order.
If there is a Deadline there might be an additional "Rush Fee" charged.
IV. CANCELATION
Full Refunds will only be given out if the artist has not started on the Commission
If a Commission has been started on, a Partial Refund will be given out. The artist will keep a percentage of the payment that corresponds with the amount of work completed
In addition to the partial refund, client will receive what is finished
V. WORK QUEUE
Accepted Commission Orders are recorded on Trello.
The website also displays where the Client's request is in the queue.The general Time of Completion is 1-2 months.
NOTE: The Time of Completion will extend if client requires multiple revisions or requests a bulk order.
NOTE: The Artist collects Commission Orders in the beginning of the Month and tries to complete the orders before the End of the Month!
VI. CONTACTING THE ARTIST
Client is allowed to ask questions about the Commission.
NOTE: Please DO NOT ask for an update on the Commission, sketches/wips are sent as soon as the piece is started. If the artist has not reached out, there is no update.Client may not skip the line in the queue or rush the artist without a rush fee.
Client is allowed to buy a commission to gift someone.
